Job Details:
Experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years in ERP systems and hands-on Java technical skills to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. Drive successful project delivery by combining analytical expertise with technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP implementation projects: gather requirements, perform gap analysis, create BRD (Business Requirement Document)s, and coordinate UAT
Configure ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain) and customize workflows based on business needs
Apply Java skills to analyze custom ERP developments, validate integrations, and support technical implementations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with development teams
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, present findings to management, and provide end-user training
Support data migration, create process documentation, and troubleshoot system issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years as Business Analyst in ERP implementation/support (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
Hands-on Java programming experience (J2EE, Spring); understanding of OOP (object Oriented Programming) concepts
Proficiency in SQL, database design, web services (REST/SOAP), and API integration
Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to business users
