The Senior Web Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and database systems in a healthcare IT environment using Microsoft .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
Responsibilities:
• Design database objects (tables, views, indexes)
• Develop ad-hoc queries in MS SQL Server
• Build and maintain database objects using T-SQL
• Develop APIs and web services for real-time integrations
• Write, document, and maintain code per standards
• Perform system analysis based on user requirements
• Manage production deployments (applications & databases)
• Handle code promotion and change management processes
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Process change tickets and implement updates
• Work with source control systems (Azure DevOps, TFS, VSTS)
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives
• Update product backlog and complete assigned work items

• Share weekly and monthly status updates
