Job description

Futrend Technology is seeking an onsite experienced analytics developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics and data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and excited about building high-quality analytics solutions that empower business stakeholders. This role reports to Analytics Lead and will collaborate with other technical and business teams across the library.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines. Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance standards.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models. Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for digital analytics and customer experience data aiming for reporting automation.
  • Manage and maintain data tracking frameworks. Optimize implementation in accordance with new product developments.
  • Conduct server log analysis to identify anomalies, performance issues, and potential data integrity concerns.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyze and communicate generated insights on web analytics and customer experience data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in analytics development
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL with strong understanding of relational database concepts, including data modeling, normalization, and complex SQL joins
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms preferably BigQuery
  • Experience working with web analytics data and implementing digital analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience working with APIs and data integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage AI or machine learning tools to enhance analytics
