Position: Heavy Weaver/Heavy Cutter- 2nd Shift
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Knowledge of weaving and crimping process, weaving looms, crimping die sets, weaving techniques, threading patterns and methods for heddles and reeds, adjusting dies, and winding beams
- Knowledge and use of calendaring mill
- Training and experience using square shears, slitters, press brakes, and roll forming equipment
- Carry out requests for work orders
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, quality service standards, and rules/regulations
Requirements:
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Pass a thorough background check (No Felonies) and ability to pass a drug test
- Able to follow instructions
- Blueprint knowledge and tolerance
- Possess attention to detail and quality
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a tape measure, calipers, micrometer, and cutting machines.
- Some physicality required
