Position: Heavy Weaver/Heavy Cutter- 2nd Shift

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of weaving and crimping process, weaving looms, crimping die sets, weaving techniques, threading patterns and methods for heddles and reeds, adjusting dies, and winding beams
• Knowledge and use of calendaring mill
• Training and experience using square shears, slitters, press brakes, and roll forming equipment
• Carry out requests for work orders
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, quality service standards, and rules/regulations

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Pass a thorough background check (No Felonies) and ability to pass a drug test
• Able to follow instructions
• Blueprint knowledge and tolerance
• Possess attention to detail and quality
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a tape measure, calipers, micrometer, and cutting machines.
• Some physicality required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $ 18.00 to $20.00 per hour
