About the Role:

The SB Knitter I plays a crucial role in the textile manufacturing process by operating and maintaining knitting machines to produce high-quality fabric products. This position requires attention to detail to ensure that all knitted materials meet specified standards and customer requirements. The role involves monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. The SB Knitter I collaborates closely with quality control and production teams to identify and resolve any issues promptly. Ultimately, this position contributes to the efficient production of knitted goods that meet both company and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3rd Shift 12:00AM-8:00AM Tuesday-Saturday
  • Basic understanding of knitting machinery and textile production processes.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating knitting machines or working in textile manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with different types of yarns and fabric characteristics.
  • Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
  • Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
