What does a weatherization director do?

A Weatherization Director oversees programs that improve the energy efficiency of homes, particularly for low-income families. They manage staff, budgets, and program implementation to ensure that weatherization projects, such as insulation, air sealing, and heating system upgrades, are completed efficiently and according to federal or state guidelines.
