The Opportunity As Wealth Management Center Manager you'll be accountable for the performance of a Wealth office, bringing together Premier customer acquisition, deposit growth, wealth penetration, business development, coaching and the ongoing servicing of client relationships. The role shapes the sales culture and oversees operational and servicing activity alongside Wealth Office colleagues. You'll embed a wealth management planning-led strategy focused on increasing share of wallet through new-to-bank acquisition, primary banking deposit deepening, and greater investment/insurance adoption, while improving customer recommendation.

Operating in a complex regulatory and global environment you'll translate the International Wealth & Premier Banking (IWPB) plan into clear structure, sales goals and disciplined prospect management. Success looks like consistent growth in high value customer acquisition, net new money/deposit balances, and wealth product penetration, strong referral pipelines and a well-run office that meets sales goals with operational integrity. This role is based in a wealth office environment and does not include cash handling responsibilities.

What you'll be doing You are directly accountable for delivering the office sales scorecard, specifically Premier acquisition, deposit growth (net new money), and wealth penetration (investments/insurance adoption) across your team Drive new-to-bank and new-to-wealth outcomes through business development, community/center-of-influence engagement, and referral partnerships Embed a planning-led wealth management strategy to grow Premier relationships, convert needs into solutions, and increase share of wallet Lead the office to deliver against scorecard/KPIs, including (where applicable): New Premier relationships acquired Deposit / balance growth (net new money) Wealth penetration (e.g., investment accounts, AUM flows, insurance adoption) Oversee sales and servicing activity across financial services products within the wealth office, ensuring the team consistently identifies and progresses opportunities in deposits, investments, and protection Implement the IWPB plan including structure, sales goals, performance management and disciplined sales prospect management, with a clear weekly/monthly sales cadence, pipeline hygiene and conversion tracking Expand market opportunity beyond the local wealth office footprint and Right to Win priorities, with a focus on acquisition and deepening primary banking relationships Champion robust activity management (prospecting, appointments, financial plans, referrals, follow-ups) to meet and exceed established acquisition, deposits, and wealth sales goals Maintain merchandising standards, office appearance, and the delivery of wealth office services Strengthen operational integrity to minimize errors and losses while supporting consistent client service What we're looking for Proven wealth management experience (or equivalent) with demonstrated results in sales growth across acquisition, deposits and wealth solutions FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 9 and 10 licensing required Life and Health insurance licenses or willing to sponsor Strong sales management and coaching experience supporting licensed sales professionals to deliver balanced outcomes across deposits, investments, and insurance, including pipeline discipline and conversion management Strong planning and performance management skills to sustain disciplined daily sales activity and deliver measurable improvements in acquisition, deposit growth and wealth penetration Established marketing and business development capability to source new high value customers and build multi-channel referral pipelines (internal and external) Thorough knowledge of credit approval processes and regulations impacting consumer banking activities, delivery systems and channels Strong customer service capability focused on developing, maintaining and expanding account relationships, with an ability to deepen relationships through primary banking and wealth adoption Ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively across stakeholders to deliver office outcomes in a regulated environment "Building Premier growth in your market" This role puts you at the center of how HSBC grows Premier relationships through a planning-led wealth management approach.
