The Senior Wealth Advisor is responsible for developing, leading, and managing relationships with high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth clients (UHNW), typically holding $3-$40 million in investable assets, and collaborating on more complex relationships in excess of $40 million to $150+ million. This role is distinguished by deep experience advising clients in highly complex wealth scenarios, including advanced wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, sophisticated tax aware planning in coordination with attorneys and CPAs, and executive level planning opportunities generated through the bank's Commercial Banking and Executive Advantage programs.

Success in this role requires advanced technical expertise in wealth planning and a demonstrated ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary collaboration in complex client situations.
The Senior Wealth Advisor is accountable for driving organic growth through business development, client retention, and expansion of relationships across trust, investment management, financial planning, and banking services. This includes converting senior executive level opportunities and consistently delivering exceptional client experience while adhering to all regulatory, fiduciary, and risk management standards.
Senior Wealth Advisors bring a proven track record as top performers across the full spectrum of wealth management, with the experience and judgment necessary to present and deliver the complete breadth of the organization's capabilities to meet both personal wealth needs and referred institutional or executive relationships. • Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service / experience delivery; escalate and resolve issues across partners.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Adhere to fiduciary standards, Reg BI/AML/KYC, and internal bank policies.
  • Embed quality gates in production (minimum fee / yield, durable relationships, suitability), and maintain a clean compliance record.
