Our Clinton, WI office is looking for a Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between clients and Financial Advisors (FAs). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. Previous experience in a wealth management office is welcome but not required. Candidates with a professional background in other industries can succeed in this role.
This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week). We're looking for someone available to be in the office from 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am-4pm on Fridays. We can offer limited flexibility within reason on start/stop times.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the pay range for this position is $20.00/hr to $25.00/hr, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Compensation, job duties, and title (e.g. Sr. Client Service Associate) will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Primary Job Functions
Client Service
  • Support Senior Vice President (Financial Advisor) and their clients by leading and implementing the client service model
  • Facilitate new account setup at the custodial level; follow up on fund transfers
  • Respond to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
  • Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork and set up
  • Maintain Salesforce database and client files (filing, copies, data input)
  • Research and follow up on any issues with the custodians, vendors, and Wealth Enhancement operations department
  • Learn company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes
  • Support client service functions for all teams as requested

Office Administration
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage the office calendar, including client appointments and internal meetings
  • Support advisors and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries
  • Maintain and order office supplies

Education/Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service/administrative experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
  • Professional presence and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines, and prioritize work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office required
  • Salesforce experience a plus

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified at the individual contributor level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00. However, the pay range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
