About the Role

Quincy Wells Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our operational functions across multiple subsidiaries. In this role, you'll analyze data, document processes, and help implement operational improvements that drive efficiency and excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in workflow management, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities:

· Support the Operations Manager in monitoring and improving operational processes across subsidiaries

· Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics and KPI trends to inform decision-making

· Document, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the organization

· Identify operational gaps and support implementation of process improvements

· Provide timely support for escalated operational challenges and issues

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and workflow efficiency

Additional Responsibilities:

· Conduct audits and assessments to identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes

· Assist in implementing new tools, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency

· Support special projects, reporting, and initiatives as assigned

· Participate in skill development initiatives and seek opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

  • Degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field preferred but not required

· Experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement roles preferred

· Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or willingness to learn CRM systems

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Proficiency in operational systems, workflow tools, and productivity platforms
