Success requires strong technical credibility, a consultative mindset, and the ability to confidently engage enterprise clients while influencing internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Technical Sales Support
    • Lead tailored product demonstrations for prospects and clients, clearly articulating product capabilities, value propositions, and enterprise use cases.
    • Assist technical discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements and translate them into appropriate product solutions.
    • Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend product configurations, implementation approaches, and estimated effort, timelines, and resources.
    • Develop a strong understanding of client business models, operational needs, and growth strategies to effectively position product capabilities.
    • Collaborate with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to address technical questions, overcome objections, and support client decision-making.
    • Assist in resolving complex client scenarios by partnering with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Solution Development & Internal Collaboration
    • Create and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and supporting materials for prospects, clients, and internal sales teams.
    • Review sales proposals and technical documentation to ensure alignment with client requirements and solution capabilities.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product suite and provide consultative guidance to internal stakeholders and sales teams.
    • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to support effective product positioning.
    • Provide feedback to Product teams on customer requirements, product gaps, and enhancement opportunities identified during client engagements.
  • Sales Engineering Operations
    • Coordinate and contribute to responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Develop and maintain reusable sales engineering assets, including demo environments, demo snippets, and technical enablement materials.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives that impact sales messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market efforts.
    • Contribute to process improvements and documentation that enhance Sales Engineering team efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
    • Serve as a technical resource for Sales team members and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
    • Share knowledge and best practices across the Sales Engineering team to support team development and consistency in client engagements.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as the team grows.
