About the Position
This position plays a pivotal role on the finance team, managing the revenue cycle, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations. This is a fast-paced role that requires absolute attention to detail and critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve complex transactions. This position offers significant opportunities for career development and growth within the company, as well as the chance to learn the wealth management industry. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in South Jordan, Utah.
Your Impact
• Revenue Cycle Management: Process revenue transactions using multiple technology platforms. Perform audits in the portfolio accounting system for billing accuracy. Create invoices in the accounting system using an ETL spreadsheet process.
• Accounts Payable: Assist with cases from advisors that come through salesforce, including crediting clients' accounts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Controller, Billing Manager, and Revenue Operations Manager to support accounting projects, financial reporting, month end close, and other duties as assigned.
