The Role

The Wealth Management Advisor builds deeper client connections by developing comprehensive financial plans and wealth strategies. These plans focus on future goals and cash flow needs through sound and efficient savings, investment, and tax strategies. This is a senior level position responsible for successfully implementing wealth management, trust and estate planning to individuals while maintaining a high level of outstanding service to drive client loyalty.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Minimum 12 years of financial service experience, to include complex planning and sophisticated product offerings
  • A sound understanding of the Broker/Dealer and RIA marketplace
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to implement key elements of the Wealth planning process including Investment Trust Strategy, Retirement Planning, Income Protection, Asset Protection, and Family Assistance
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management theory, financial principles, investment strategies, global markets, and investment products, paired with strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Extensive and successful experience in building, articulating, executing, and managing multi-generational financial plans to solve complex investment and tax needs
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work collaboratively across an organization to achieve results

Private Wealth Management brings together retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning strategies to help clients protect, grow, and transfer wealth. Working as a dedicated team of specialists, Private Wealth Management takes a personalized approach to helping clients define long-term goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Through deep client relationships, the team delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions tailored to evolving financial needs. Responsibilities include developing investment strategies, conducting ongoing portfolio reviews, and aligning financial plans with retirement, tax, estate, and wealth preservation objectives. In partnership with financial planning, investment, and service professionals, Private Wealth Management delivers an integrated client experience while fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $96,000-$210,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
