Electrical Operations Manager

Remote – U.S. | 50%–60% Travel | $135K–$140K


We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to help lead and grow a national electrical services operation supporting oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical operations across multiple projects
  • Oversee MV/HV construction, commissioning, and startup
  • Support maintenance, outages, shutdowns, and turnarounds
  • Develop estimates, proposals, schedules, and execution plans
  • Build and manage electrical teams
  • Support client relationships and business development
  • Drive safety, quality, cost, schedule, and profitability


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of electrical industry experience
  • Oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial background
  • Strong MV/HV electrical experience
  • Estimating and project-management experience
  • Experience building teams and developing client relationships
  • Commissioning, startup, or turnaround experience preferred


**Preferred: Combined-cycle, simple-cycle, petrochemical, refining, substations, or EPC experience**
