Your Role & Responsibilities:


As a Client Onboarding Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee the completion of applications and account-opening paperwork for insurance and investment products.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries, manage money movement, and coordinate underwriting processes.
  • Proactively manage the underwriting process for insurance applications.
  • Track and manage tasks using our CRM and other tools to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide direct support to Advisors and Associate Advisors, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
