Wealth Management Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $30/hr - $32/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Advisory Governance Analyst to support a leading Wealth Management organization. This role will focus on governance, oversight, risk controls, and operational support for investment advisory programs and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Asset Management, or Financial Services, along with strong research, analytical, communication, Excel, and AI-enabled tools experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely responses to business and operational inquiries across multiple channels.

  • Conduct research, follow-up, and resolution of policy and procedure-related inquiries.

  • Support governance and oversight activities for investment advisory programs.

  • Review and evaluate investment-related and account maintenance requests.

  • Review account documentation and advisory program enrollments through systematic and manual processes.

  • Identify potential operational risks and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Ensure adherence to business policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, business teams, leadership, and financial advisors.

  • Analyze requests and provide recommendations aligned with established policies and guidelines.

  • Identify opportunities for process, procedural, and operational improvements.

  • Support project initiatives and governance-related activities.

  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and resources to support research, analysis, and business processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Asset Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services.

  • Knowledge of managed products and/or investment advisory business.

  • Experience with governance, risk, controls, compliance, or policy and procedure interpretation.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to process complex information accurately.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and resources, including AI prompting or Generative AI tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
