Job description

The ideal candidate brings a blend of content strategy expertise and analytical rigor, with a genuine interest in retirement, financial wellness, and the evolving digital media landscape. This role provides the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the retirement industry, while gaining broad exposure across JPMC.  

As a Retirement Insights Associate within Asset & Wealth Management Marketing, you'll develop and deliver thought leadership and marketing initiatives focused exclusively on retirement, translating complex retirement topics into clear, engaging content for clients and partners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage initiatives end-to-end, support the execution of ongoing programs, and use performance insights to strengthen how we educate and connect with our retirement audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling retirement thought leadership and insights to strengthen the Retirement Insights brand.
  • Project-manage end-to-end development of retirement thought leadership, partnering with team.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration (Editorial, Digital, Video, Social, etc.) to execute projects from concept through launch.
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools to streamline content creation and channel personalization, ensuring appropriate controls and compliance.
  • Own quarterly metrics reporting and analysis to measure content performance and inform strategy.
  • Coordinate internal and external promotion with the cross-channel communications team.
  • Manage ongoing content maintenance to keep materials accurate, current, and accessible. (Target Date Compass quadrant and Smart Retirement Comms)
  • Identify opportunities for digital, print, and video content based on strategic priorities, performance metrics, market conditions, and stakeholder input.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • A strong track record of data driven marketing with the ability to translate metrics into actionable content strategy
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience in all content mediums - AI, web, mobile, audio, video and social media channels
  • Solid project management skills
  • Superior writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to individually drive initiatives
  • Must be a team player with ability to work in a matrix organization structure
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills - ability to interact with top business executives
