Employment Type: Full-Time

Build your financial services career with one of the industry’s premium wealth management boutiques. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will partner with our client’s team of Regional Vice Presidents to facilitate meetings to acquire new client relationships. In a partnership with the external Regional Vice Presidents, the Associate is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business prospects within their assigned territories to meet daily and monthly sales goals, as well as retaining and growing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in assisting your Vice President in an operational capacity out of our client’s home office in the Chicago Loop. Our client will implement training programs designed to educate in all areas of the capital markets, portfolio management, sales and financial products. It will also provide warm leads for the Associate’s outbound calls from the thousands of investors using our client as their trusted source for independent research and award-winning investment advice.

Core Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily to qualify and set meetings for their Regional Vice President with high-net worth investors who have responded to the firms marketing and advertising efforts.

• Take inbound calls and provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Assist the Regional Vice President in following up with prospects to aid in asset acquisitions and new sales opportunities.

• Efficiently perform operational activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university required.

• Hardworking and driven.

• Goal oriented, competitive, and articulate with strong communication skills.

• Financial and sales experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Salary + commission based on appointments held.

• Series 65 FINRA Exam sponsored by the firm.
