Private Wealth Management Client Service Associate
Type of Role: Individual contributor, experienced
Area of Responsibility and Purview: Deliver client service to Private Wealth Management clients
Role Specific Job Duties:
- Primarily focused on servicing high value family client segments
- Senior mentor for other client service associates on the team; regularly provides guidance and feedback on client service best practices
- Point of escalation within the team for resolving time sensitive client inquiries and handing complex client situations
- Works collaboratively with other functions in Private Wealth to resolve complex client related issues, escalations, and special projects
Function Specific Job Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Responsible for managing day to day client transactions, such as money movements, disbursements, receipts/deposits, and initiate TDD disbursements
- Ensure clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations
- Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention and engagement
- Manage new client onboarding process, inclusive of client setup in Total Wealth and eMoney
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for all client activities
- Maintain client paperwork and electronic data files for all client relationships
- Understand the client's overall business needs and help identify value-added services that Private Wealth can provide
- Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results
- Perform required Administrative Compliance reviews with clients
- Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance
- Manage client event requests and event planning
- Creation and delivery of prospect and marketing materials
- Prepares and submits all new bank custody accounts for approval by the Business Review Committee
- Ensure all minimum standards of care are met across all client relationships assigned, and that there is sufficient meeting preparation and follow-ups are delivered upon
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements MINIMUM:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background
- 5+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services
PREFERRED:
- Demonstrated client service experience within a wealth management institution
- Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment Management service offerings and account types

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM software
- Proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape
- Proficiency with eMoney client portal and financial planning software
- Proficiency in Workday, Peoplesoft, Archer, Skillport and Hyperion

Compensation Ranges:
US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:
$69,920 - $109,460
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:
$63,830 - $100,210
US Employees in all other states not listed above:
$57,760 - $90,960
