Job description

Compensation: $70k-90K base plus quarterly bonuses (depending on experience)



Our client, a successful wealth management firm, is seeking an Associate Wealth Management Advisor to support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to affluent individuals and families. This role plays a key part in preparing financial planning work, supporting client relationships, and ensuring client service and operational tasks are handled efficiently.



This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the analytical and service aspects of wealth management, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and takes pride in keeping client deliverables organized and on track. The role offers strong exposure to financial planning, client service, and advisor support while working closely with experienced advisors.



Key Responsibilities:


Financial Planning & Analysis:


  •  Prepare financial plans and planning materials for client meetings
  •  Collect and organize client financial data and planning inputs
  •  Analyze client financial information to identify planning opportunities
  •  Assist in developing strategies aligned with client goals



Client Service & Relationship Management:


  •  Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships
  •  Support new client onboarding, including account opening and asset transfers
  •  Assist with account servicing requests and trading activity
  •  Maintain strict confidentiality of client information



Advisor Support & Collaboration:


  •  Work closely with lead advisors to resolve complex client situations
  •  Attend client meetings to gather information and support planning discussions
  •  Help coordinate client follow-ups and track deliverables
  •  Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  •  Series 7 & 63 required (or obtained within 180 days)
  •  Life & Health Insurance License required (or obtained within 90 days)
  •  Experience in financial services or the insurance industry is preferred
  •  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
