This involves translating text, adjusting images or layouts, and ensuring that content is culturally appropriate and relevant. The goal is to make the product feel native to users in different regions, which can include legal, linguistic, and cultural modifications. • Build regional plans that support both pipeline creation and deal acceleration, using the right mix of programs for target accounts and active opportunities.
  • Leverage corporate campaigns, content, and central field programs where they fit territory needs, while keeping primary focus on regional execution.

3. Drive Demand Generation and Account-Based Engagement
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and create meaningful engagement within key accounts.
  • Support deal progression through high-touch programs such as executive dinners, roundtables, hospitality events, and other small-format experiences tied to active opportunities.
  • Help connect field marketing activity to account strategy and follow-up plans so programs contribute to measurable business outcomes.
4. Collaborate Across Marketing and GTM Teams
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Marketing, and central field programs to build cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Help localize messaging, activate content, and align campaign execution across the region.
  • Maintain strong communication across teams to keep programs on track and aligned to business goals.
5. Analyze and Report on Performance
  • Measure program performance using key metrics such as registrations, attendance, meetings, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and ROI.
  • Provide insights during pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, and planning sessions to guide future initiatives.
  • Apply learnings from prior programs to improve targeting, execution, and follow-up over time.
6. Manage Budget, Vendors, and Execution Details
  • Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and execution details for event production, logistics, attendee experience, and follow-up.
  • Keep programs organized and moving by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional handoffs.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
