We Whiten is America’s fastest-growing cosmetic teeth whitening brand, now serving clients in major cities nationwide. Our studios provide professional, non-invasive whitening services in a luxurious, spa-like setting — no drills, no stress, just beautiful results.

We’re looking for a Junior Studio Partner (Sales Consultant / Sales Associate) for our Cherry Creek location. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who value performance-based growth, client relationships, and consistent advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional client consultations and whitening experiences
  • Master our structured sales process to close treatment plans, memberships, and product sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue, rebooks, and retail performance
  • Maintain operational compliance and studio presentation standards
  • Work closely with your Studio Partner to refine sales strategy and leadership skills
You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
  • 2+ years of commission-based sales experience (fitness, med spa, leasing, aesthetics, solar, or automotive)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated mindset
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
