What is a wdm?

WDM stands for Wavelength Division Multiplexing, which is a technology used in fiber-optic communications. WDMs allow multiple optical signals (each at a different wavelength) to be transmitted on a single optical fiber, increasing the overall capacity of the network. Professionals working with WDM are responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these systems to ensure high-speed data transmission. WDM technology is widely used by telecommunications companies and in data centers to support growing bandwidth demands.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Web Development Manager?

To thrive as a Web Development Manager, you need expertise in web technologies, project management experience, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, usually supported by a degree in computer science or a related field.
