Role and Responsibilities

  • Participate in mandatory stretching exercise
  • Receive direction and work orders from supervisor
  • Verify that tools and equipment are in proper working conditions
  • Follow all safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform routine daily maintenance of equipment
  • Continually feed splitter by positioning stone on conveyor to obtain proper cuts
  • Perform stone splitting process according to work order specifications
  • Understand and maintain quality standards
  • Understand conveyor safety and proper operation
  • Produce finished product for packaging and chunks for NTV saws
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements
