Champion operational excellence by defining key metrics, establishing alerting and incident management processes that ensure system resilience and adaptability. Implement rigorous quality assurance, load testing, and performance monitoring to maintain high reliability of apps, services, and infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Content/Marketing, and Digital Platform teams to prioritize and deliver impactful architecture and feature initiatives. Drive a world-class customer experience by continuously improving functionality, usability, and simplicity.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles, with proven success in leading senior engineering managers and individual contributors across global teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and architectural expertise in Web, Mobile Apps, and Services.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including influencing without authority, driving change, demonstrating empathy, developing leaders, improving processes, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to engage with seniormost executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Passion for sports, technology, and the evolving landscape of digital fan engagement is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
