Warehouse Associates (Full-Time Seasonal)

In order to maintain our high level of delivery standards and meet our customer's needs, the Wayfair Distribution team plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business. We've been busy building a best-in-class logistics network that allows us to delight customers by speeding up deliveries, adding services, and reducing damage using our own physical, asset-based warehouses. We are looking for talented hard-working individuals to join our growing team - your professional home awaits you at Wayfair!

Hourly Pay

  • $17.00 - 18.50/hour

Shifts

  • Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm
  • Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am - 4:30pm
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am - 7:30pm
  • Sunday - Wednesday 5:00pm - 3:30am

What You'll Do

  • Unload furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods and staging them
  • Repeatedly lift 75+ pounds alone and move product 150+ pounds alone or via team lift
  • Wear comfortable clothing to move around the warehouse safely while you work
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Stay active: You'll be on the move for your whole shift in our fast-paced environment

What You'll Need

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comfortable repeatedly lifting 75+ lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift
  • Able to read and speak English for safety
  • No warehouse experience is necessary
