As the Manager, Consulting Services, you'll be the tip of the spear, leading the charge in Boston-area client acquisition. This is an opportunity to build something new, drive growth, and establish long-term partnerships with the region's top companies.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Boston market.
  • Lead a high volume of client meetings each month and drive revenue growth.
  • Prospect creatively, through networking, events, targeted outreach, and collaboration with internal partners.
  • Manage your pipeline and own your success, adjusting your daily activity to hit and exceed targets.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth project launches and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the DeWinter brand with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
