Job Title: Materials Handling Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
The Role
As a Materials Handling Specialist, you will support lab development and customer evaluation programs by ensuring materials are available, tracked, and delivered on time. You'll partner closely with project management, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep critical projects on schedule and maintain smooth material flow.
What You Will Be Working On
  • Track and report material status for lab development projects and customer evaluation units
  • Partner with demand planning and supply chain to manage lead times and priorities
  • Expedite parts Through buyers to meet project timelines
  • Stage and prepare hardware with receiving and inventory teams for lab installations
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and product support on development timelines
  • Provide regular updates on delivery timelines and material readiness
  • Submit purchase requisitions and ensure timely conversion to purchase orders
  • Track long lead-time items and escalate risks impacting delivery schedules

What We Are Looking For
