Full-Time Position (32 hours/week) Monday-Thursday
Wage: $21+/hour (commensurate with experience)


About the Role:

Norcross Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Dental Assistant (DA) to join our dynamic team. This opening offers a great opportunity to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced practice committed to high-quality patient care.


Position Highlights:
  • Start Date: flexible, asap
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years REQUIRED
  • Wage: $21+ per hour, based on experience and skill level
  • Schedule:
    • Mondays : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Fridays: Off
    • All team members must arrive 15 minutes early for the morning huddle, schedule subject to change
Required Skills:
  • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification
  • Strong chairside assisting skills
  • Aligner therapy support
  • Intraoral scanning experience

Requirements:

Education and Training

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
  • Valid X-ray certificate.
  • Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
  • CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
