Windy Hill Dental Associates, part of Wave Dental Professionals, is a fast-growing dental service organization (DSO) dedicated to partnering with dental practices to optimize growth, efficiency, and patient outcomes. We provide innovative operational, marketing, and clinical solutions that allow dental professionals to focus on delivering exceptional care-while we take care of the business side.
We're building something special-combining modern business strategies with top-tier dental care-and we're looking for motivated, sales-focused professionals to join the movement.
Why This Role?
Are you a seasoned dental sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? This isn't your typical front office coordinator position-this is a high-impact sales role within a recession-resistant industry where your ability to close drives both patient outcomes and your paycheck.
This position travels with our implant placement doctor and visits 3 locations per week around the Marietta and Villa Rica area.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with dental patients and professionals.
  • Present and sell Wave Dental Professionals' suite of dental services to patients.
  • Drive new business by meeting sales goals and closing deals with high-value clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

What We're Looking For:
  • Dental Sales Experience REQUIRED: At least 2 years of experience in treatment plan sales, dental product sales.
  • Proven Closer: You've consistently hit or exceeded your sales goals and know how to ask for the sale.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You're energized by targets, motivated by commissions, and unfazed by objections.
  • Strong Communicator: You're persuasive, empathetic, and able to explain complex treatment plans in patient-friendly terms.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with dental software, CRM tools, and financing platforms is a strong plus.

Requirements
Education and Training
  • 3+ years of dental business office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt
Reports to: Director of Sales
