We are looking for a High-Skilled Residential Technicians with proven experience and skill in 3 or more trades.
- Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area.
- They utilize their own vehicle for work, we reimburse on the clock mileage at 72 cents.
- We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas.
- Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities.
- A good candidate would have their own vehicle for work, active driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Will participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.
