Experienced Bathroom Remodel Installer / Multi-Trade Craftsman

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, professional Bathroom Remodel Installer / Multi-Trade Craftsman who takes pride in doing exceptional work.

We are not looking for someone who simply knows construction.

We are looking for a quality craftsman who understands bathroom remodeling, knows how to work professionally inside a customer’s home, works well as part of a team, and wants a long-term opportunity with a company where great work is recognized, appreciated, and well compensated.

What We Do:

Our company specializes in bathroom remodeling throughout Orange County, from wet-area renovations to complete bathroom transformations.

Our projects can include:

• Acrylic shower and tub systems
• Tile showers and bathroom flooring
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring
• Complete bathroom demolition
• Drywall removal and installation
• Drywall finishing, texture, and painting
• Vanity and countertop installation
• Baseboards and finish carpentry
• Recessed lighting, switches, fans, and other electrical modifications
• Plumbing relocation and rerouting
• Shower valves, drains, fixtures, and related plumbing
• Framing and structural modifications
• Removal of non-load-bearing walls
• Construction of new walls and plumbing walls
• Shower doors, accessories, grab bars, niches, and finishing details

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on remodeling experience and is highly proficient in acrylic bathroom systems and/or tile installation, along with working knowledge or experience across multiple residential trades.

You don’t necessarily have to be the master of every trade—but you need to understand how a complete bathroom goes together and how to coordinate your work with other skilled tradespeople.

Experience or familiarity with the following is highly valuable:

Acrylic Installation • Tile • Plumbing • Electrical • Framing • Drywall • Texture • Painting • Flooring • Finish Carpentry

You should understand that quality remodeling is about much more than making something look good. It means proper preparation, accurate measurements, clean installation, attention to detail, protecting the customer’s home, communicating professionally, and completing the job correctly.
