Job description

What you'll do:
  • Support and manage daily branch operations, including customer service, inventory, and logistics
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team (warehouse, drivers, and inside sales)
  • Partner with sales teams to drive local revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key business metrics (sales, expenses, inventory, service levels) and take action to improve performance
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, product availability, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and grow the business

What you'll bring:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in building materials, distribution, retail, or a related field
