Waterproofer Installer - Now Hiring
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Waterproofer Installer to join our Alpha team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, safety, and consistency on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install waterproofing systems, including membranes (bituminous, liquid-applied, or sheet), sealants, coatings, and drainage systems.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and ensuring proper substrate conditions before installation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer installation instructions.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform inspections and maintenance on installed waterproofing systems as needed.
  • Coordinate with other construction trades and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with waterproofing products and systems (e.g., Sika, Tremco, Henry, etc.).
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
