Job description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Junior Engineer, to help them build a better future by bringing your technical expertise to their Seattle, WA office.

Your Day Includes

  • Conduct building envelope assessments, focusing on fenestrations and facades, including inspections and diagnostic testing.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in enclosure system design, material selection, and detailing.
  • Conduct site visits during construction to ensure compliance with design and specifications
  • Provide technical support to clients and project teams

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or building technology
  • 2-5 years of relevant construction or related field experience in roofing, waterproofing, glazing installation, lab or field testing, or related building envelope systems
  • Two years of experience in building enclosure consulting or related fields preferred
