Job description

The Basement Doctor is seeking a motivated Foreman to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to advance their career in the specialized field of foundation repair and waterproofing. This is an hourly position plus bonuses!
What You'll Do
Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead and supervise crew members in waterproofing and foundation repair installations
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering their professional growth
  • Coordinate daily tasks based on project priorities and tight deadlines

Technical Excellence
  • Interpret project plans and detailed job specifications
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards and building codes
  • Monitor material inventory and ensure proper tool/equipment maintenance

Safety & Communication
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites following OSHA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Complete daily reports, timesheets, and job documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
