Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable professional to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water well pump systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality service, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to safety, customer satisfaction, and reliable system performance.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair water well pump systems and related equipment.
  • Inspect pumps, motors, tanks, controls, wiring, pressure systems, and associated components for proper operation.
  • Perform troubleshooting to identify mechanical, electrical, and system performance issues.
  • Replace or repair defective parts, including pumps, switches, valves, wiring, and fittings.
  • Conduct system testing to verify pressure, flow, and overall functionality.
  • Document service work, equipment findings, and maintenance performed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and completed work.
  • Follow all safety procedures, industry standards, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working condition.
  • Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with water well pump systems, plumbing, electrical systems, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience working with both residential and light commercial systems.
