Are you looking for a hands-on career where you can stay active, solve problems, and work directly with customers?

Carroll Water is a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience providing water well and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a Water Treatment Technician to support installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial systems.


What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems, including:
    • Water softeners
    • Acid neutralizers
    • Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
    • Filtration systems and related equipment
  • Interact with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner
  • Document service calls, customer interactions, and system performance
  • Assist with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers
  • Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Driving & Motor Vehicle Record Requirement

This position requires regular driving as part of job duties. Employment is contingent upon:

  • Maintaining a valid driver's license
  • Meeting the Company's driving and motor vehicle record (MVR) standards
  • Remaining insurable under the Company's insurance policy

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, up to and including termination, if driving requirements are not met.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods
  • Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions
