Job Overview: As a Water Treatment Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems, with a specific focus on sand filters and chemical flocculation processes. You will monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot various treatment processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation and Maintenance:
    • Operate and maintain sand filters, including backwashing and cleaning.
    • Monitor and adjust chemical flocculation processes, ensuring proper dosage and mixing.
    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on water treatment equipment.
  • Monitoring and Testing:
    • Conduct regular water quality tests, including turbidity, pH, and chemical concentrations.
