Summary Description:
The TOPPAN internship program is designed to "test the waters" of working in the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will spend your time working in a specific division on impactful projects, establishing an understanding of TOPPAN's culture and processes, as well as developing a business mindset. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potential at TOPPAN through valuable project work. Our internship program is designed to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry-level positions upon graduation. With approximately 150 locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and develop valuable skills. The HR Intern will support various projects and tasks, contributing to the overall success of the team.
What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.
  • Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Learn about the company's HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
  • Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Team


This position is in our Charlotte, NC (South End Area) Office and 100% onsite.
