Position Summary

EcoWater Systems is seeking a Residential Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential water treatment equipment including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, whole-home filtration systems, and related products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional service to homeowners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Service, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment equipment.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and filter replacements.
  • Install new water softeners, drinking water systems, and filtration equipment.
  • Conduct water quality testing and educate homeowners on system performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, water treatment, or related field preferred.
