Spot Zero is the leading manufacturer of water purification products in the marine industry, delivering innovative water purification systems, enhancing water quality for yachts. Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts across Elite Marine A/C. This role involves generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting the products and services of each division. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of the marine industry and experience managing a diverse product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and industry networking for Elite Marine A/C.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions across the company.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services, including marine air conditioning, refrigeration, water purification systems, and other related products.
  • Cross-Promotion: Promote and cross-sell complementary products to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about the product lines of each company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
  • Sales Reporting: Track all sales activities, opportunities, and leads in CRM software, providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
  • Travel: Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits as needed to promote company offerings and build relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
