Aqua Clear Water Systems, a family-owned and -operated water purification company founded in 2005, is leading the way with innovation and sustainability in the water treatment industry. We’re helping others take special care of their three biggest priorities - their health, family, and home - and we’re looking for INSTALLATION AND SERVICE TECHNICIANS FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL sectors!

Our ideal candidate has some previous experience in the water purification industry, but you don’t have to have water treatment experience to apply! Plumbing experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for team players that love to learn. This is a local DAYSHIFT position starting at 7:00 am with 40-50 hours per week. You’ll be an hourly employee PLUS COMMISSION AND OVERTIME PAY. Your pay will be determined based on your experience. Our company is small but mighty with around 40 team members with the Installation Technician Team consisting of 7 team members. Once hired, you’ll receive training on-the-job from our Owner and Installation Manager, who oversees the technician teams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installing/Servicing Water systems for all clients (Training paid/provided upon hire)
  • Working and Communications with other technicians and team members regularly
  • Building Client Relationships
  • Consistently Working with your Installation or Service Coordinator who is Manager
  • Professionalism and Punctuality to work and appointments
  • Attendance and Participation in daily morning team meetings
  • Documenting Everything within an iPad while on site through ServiceTitan
  • Educated on extra equipment & accessories we offer to sell when the opportunity arises

Cool If You Have:

  • Some experience in the water treatment industry
  • Some plumbing knowledge and/or experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a labor-intensive or service job
  • Mechanical knowledge and/or experience
  • Basic electrical knowledge and/or experience
