Location: Onsite at The Experience Lab in Franklin, TN
Eligibility: At this time, we are only considering candidates who are eligible to work in the United States without the need of company sponsorship now or in the future.
Hours: 20 - 24 hours / week
 
JOB HIGHLIGHT
Help bring our Experience Lab to life! You'll support public tour operations, assist guests, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 
JOB SUMMARY
As an Experience Lab Host, you'll play an integral role within our Experience Lab team, ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Experience Lab and providing exceptional support to our guests. You'll be the go-to person for visitors, assisting with wayfinding, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience. You'll also maintain the Lab's interactive exhibits, manage supplies, and help with administrative tasks. You'll report to the Experience Lab Director and work closely with the team to support various initiatives, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
 
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
     Being a welcoming face of the Experience Lab, providing exceptional support to guests
     Assisting guests with our Virtual Reality station; helping them get set up and comfortable with the VR technology
     Serving as a tour host for various public tours
     Supporting the daily operations of the Experience Lab, including opening and closing procedures
     Maintaining the Lab's interactive exhibits and physical space, keeping it looking its best
     Providing support for Experience Lab marketing initiatives in and out of the physical space
     Providing administrative support to the Experience Lab team, including shipping, receiving, and organizing storage spaces
     Contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment

     Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to seek guidance when needed
     Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
