Description
Title: Water Specialist (In-home Sales)
Pay: $70,000 - 90,000 per year (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses)
Schedule: Full-time position
Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to build a high-income career as a Water Specialist.
In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them find the right solutions to improve water quality in their homes. No industry experience required-we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Compensation
  • Base pay (hourly or salary, depending on experience)
  • Commission and performance-based bonuses
  • Expected total earnings: $70,000 - $90,000+ annually
  • This is not a commission-only position

What You'll Do
  • Perform in-home water testing and evaluations
  • Educate homeowners on water quality and system performance
  • Recommend customized water treatment solutions
  • Prepare estimates and close sales
  • Build trust through clear, professional communication
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
  • Manage appointments and schedule independently

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting customers in their homes
  • Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements

Preferred (not required):
  • Sales, customer service, hospitality, canvassing, or in-home services experience

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel locally to customer homes throughout the workday
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 25-50 lbs) as needed
  • Ability to use hands and arms to operate testing equipment and demonstrate products
  • Ability to perform job duties in a residential environment
