We are looking for semi experienced sales consultants to join our business to grow our revenue and profitability through direct sales of our client's water filtration systems to homeowners and businesses.
Our water filtration systems utilize cutting edge technologies and provide unmatched water quality. Consultants are given pre-qualified leads and conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners. They inform prospective customers how our systems can add value to their homes and improve their drinking water.

We offer a full line of systems at great value to address just about any residential, commercial, or industrial need. Hard water, rusty water, smelly water...we do it all!
Location
This opportunity is based out of our South Lyon location and has coverage throughout the state of Michigan.
What You'll Do
As a Water Treatment Specialist, you'll be the face of Advanced Water Treatment, interacting directly with potential customers to understand their water quality concerns and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Presentation: Conduct in-home visits to prospective customers, showcasing our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points in a persuasive manner
Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers' requirements, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budget
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on features, pricing, and any updates, ensuring accurate and informative presentations
Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with customers by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, fostering long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, follow up on leads, and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools or other designated systems
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, guiding customers smoothly through the purchasing process and securing agreements that meet both their needs and company goals
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales contracts and documentation, maintaining records of sales activities, providing regular reports, and feedback to the management team
Who You Are
• 2+ years of in-home, door to door, or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
• Focused on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results
• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Open and willing to work evenings and some weekends based on availability of our customers and scheduled Home Shows
