Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst I. Responsibilities include updating, maintaining and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc safety management reports; maintaining and supporting safety-related tools and systems including Safety Logic, MSDS, ISN, Browz, PICS, etc.; assisting the corporate safety team with communicating to Cintas field operations. Additional duties include the following:

  • Develops and maintains safety report documentation
  • Reviews and maintains all exceptions to safety reports
  • Initiates new safety report rollout processes
  • Provides safety report training for employee-partners
  • Supports internal customers and business leaders with any additional safety data requests
  • Makes suggestions to safety leaders on processes to improve results
  • Assists in safety problem resolution
  • Will be involved in change management for process improvement
Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • 2 years' experience in supporting safety reporting functions and/or business operations
  • 2 years' experience in safety data analysis; implementing, administering and customizing safety reporting/metrics
  • Skill set in data management, safety analytics, problem solving and business operations knowledge
  • High levels of organization skills and management of multiple projects/tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Business or Information Technology, preferred

Preferred

  • Corporate Health and Safety experience
  • Experience supporting a corporate or location safety team
  • Experience with data extraction, data manipulation, data loading and cleansing and report development
