Job description

Company Description Watchtower Alliance LLC is an Intelligent Infrastructure Partner that helps developers, property owners, community associations, and enterprises design, build, manage, and optimize the technology behind modern properties. The company delivers integrated solutions that include enterprise networking, fiber optic infrastructure, structured cabling, AI-powered video surveillance, access control, smart building technologies, and long-term lifecycle services through one accountable partner. Watchtower Alliance collaborates closely with developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and property management teams from planning to ongoing operations to create secure, connected, and efficient properties. At the center of its ecosystem is Watchtower OS, a proprietary intelligent operations platform that centralizes infrastructure, assets, maintenance, projects, documentation, and AI-driven insights across single properties or entire portfolios. The organization serves a wide range of industries, including real estate development, commercial office, residential communities, logistics, healthcare, education, and industrial facilities.
Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This individual is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with developers, property owners, and enterprise clients, and expanding Watchtower Alliance’s presence across target industries. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, developing proposals and pricing strategies, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role works closely with internal technical, operations, and project teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement through contract execution. The Business Development Manager also monitors market trends, participates in industry events, and provides feedback to leadership on product positioning and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Relationship-building and account management capabilities, with experience engaging developers, property owners, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of technology or infrastructure solutions, such as networking, structured cabling, security systems, or smart building technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear proposals, demos, and executive-level discussions.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, opportunity analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) to track and manage activities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, project management, and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in business development.
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate, construction, property technology, or enterprise technology
