Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate / Watch Technician to join our team. This hybrid role blends front-line customer service with hands-on technical work. You will greet and assist customers at the counter, intake watch and jewelry repair jobs, and perform basic watch services such as battery replacements and band sizings. You’ll also be trained to identify and price basic jewelry repair jobs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with their hands and values customer interaction in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Receive and document incoming repair jobs (watches and jewelry)

  • Communicate repair timelines and pricing accurately

  • Educate customers on products and services

  • Assist with product sales, including watches, jewelry, and accessories

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail counter

Watch Technician Duties:

  • Perform basic watch services including:

    • Battery replacements

    • Band sizing and adjustments

    • Strap/bracelet replacement

    • Link additions/removals

  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

  • Perform quality checks to ensure service standards

Jewelry Repair Intake:
