Watch Fire Watch jobs involve monitoring areas where hot work, such as welding or cutting, is being performed to prevent fires. The primary responsibility of a Fire Watch is to keep a vigilant eye for any signs of fire hazards, quickly extinguish small fires, and alert personnel or emergency services if needed. Fire Watch personnel must also ensure that all safety protocols are followed, maintain clear exit routes, and keep a record of incidents. These roles are critical in construction, industrial, and shipyard settings to ensure workplace safety during potentially hazardous operations.
