Job description

Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in the discipline ofWater/Wastewater in our Colorado Springs, Denver, or Loveland office. The position may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring and client management.

This position provides the opportunity to not only work on water/waste water projects but may include rail and transportation infrastructure projects as well.

Essential Job Functions:

  • This is a key role which will support the Senior Project Manager and Water Wastewater Practice Leader to ensure efficient project management in Colorado.
  • With a number of big projects underway, this role will be strategic and flexible piece to ensuring teams receive proper support.
  • Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing; including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
  • Facilitate projects with a high degree of intrapersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships.
  • Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.

Required Experience:

  • BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resource emphasis
  • 10+ years of experience
  • PE License required
  • Experience with plan production AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Microstation and InRoads experience a plus
  • Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well astechnical report writing is a plus

Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000+ (depending on experience)
